The day was cool and misty
The sky was rather grey
But that does not stop Commandoes
And we started on our way
The bargains we were seeking
were few and far between
Not many hardy sellers
Appeared on our radar screen
Today I had a partner
Agent Nana by my side
To back me up in buying
And loan me cash when I ran dry!
On base I found some jammies
And a couple of toddler shirts
Although it wasn’t the best of days
It certainly wasnt the worst
Junior Agent bought more guns
Just like the weeks before
He certainly will be well prepared
For any pretend war
Once we headed off the base
We had a bit more luck
I bought a Creative Memories kit
And paid a scant four bucks

Then Senior Agent Nana
Found a purchase oh so bright
For only three whole dollars
She got two big “tea-lights”

After that it was all downhill
Though I got books for my piano
The time was up; we headed home
Two tired and hungry commadoes
